Power Smoothie

2 Servings

  • 1 cup purified water

  • 1/2 cup of either: coconut milk, almond milk, oat milk, or rice milk

  • 1 1/2 cups of berries

  • 4 sprigs of parsley

  • 1 full scoop Power Meal Protein Powder

  • 3 to 4 drops of ocotea essential oil

Once you have the base ingredients in the blender, add any of the powder supplements of your choice. If your blender does not blend up greens well, you may want to cut the parsley stems so that you don't have strips of fiber in your drink.

Blend to mix well but not to lose the vitality of the beverage.
