Lentil Hummus

Serves 5

15 ounces of cooked lentils or one can

of  Eden Lentils with onion and bay leaf

5 teaspoons of Sesame butter

3 teaspoons of Lemon Juice

1/4 teaspoon Himalayan or sea salt

1/4 cup of parsley

5 drops of Young Living Essential oil of Lemon

2 drop Basil Young Living Essential Oil

Optional - 2 minced garlic cloves

Basil Vitality Oil

Instructions

Add ingredients one by one to blender and mix until smooth.

Taste and adjust flavors if necessary.

Be careful when adding essential oils as they can overpower the dish.

Note: Essential oils enhance flavor, add nutrients and are a natural preservative.

 

Optional: Can sprinkle on top, roasted sesame seeds or Gomashio (toasted sesame salt).
