Lentil Hummus​
Serves 5
​
15 ounces of cooked lentils or one can
of Eden Lentils with onion and bay leaf
5 teaspoons of Sesame butter
3 teaspoons of Lemon Juice
1/4 teaspoon Himalayan or sea salt
1/4 cup of parsley
5 drops of Young Living Essential oil of Lemon
2 drop Basil Young Living Essential Oil

Optional - 2 minced garlic cloves

Directions

Add ingredients one by one to blender and mix until smooth.​

Taste and adjust flavors if necessary.​

Be careful when adding essential oils as they can overpower the dish.​

Note: Essential oils enhance flavor, add nutrients and are a natural preservative.

Optional: Can sprinkle on top, roasted sesame seeds or Gomashio (toasted sesame salt).
