Banana Bread or Muffins

For Filling:

2 cups flour

1 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 tsp cinnamon 

1/2 nutmeg 

1/2 cup melted butter

3/4 cup brown sugar 

2 farm fresh eggs

2-3 mashed bananas 

2 drops of nutmeg 

1 drop clove

2 drops cinnamon 

Optional: 1/2 cup nuts or chocolate chips

Preheat oven to 350 and lightly grease pan.


In large bowl mix all dry ingredients. Add wet ingredients, (mash bananas and whisk egg before adding).  Mix till everything is combined.


Optional: Add a 1/2 cup to chocolate chips or nuts of choice. Stir. Pour into muffin tins or loaf pan.


For Bread: Cook for 60-65 minutes.

For Muffins: Cook 15-20 minutes. Enjoy!
