Finding a Refreshing Nutrient Dense Drink

 

Smoothies are a great way to get additional nutrients and anti-oxidants into our diet. Creating and experimenting with healthy smoothies can be fun. The use of appropriate essential oils can add special flavors or introduce you to new favorites.

Add oils gradually, tasting as needed to determine the amounts of oils that appeal to your taste. Keep in mind the strength of many essential oils. For example, a single 15 ml bottle of lemon oil is created from a grand total of seventy lemons! That's a lot of powerful flavor.
